Terms of Use (EULA)

Please read these Terms of Use (EULA) carefully before using the Selfee mobile application and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Selfee is an AI-powered mobile application that allows users to upload or capture photos and generate professional-style portrait images using automated image-processing and artificial intelligence technologies.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract with us and comply with applicable law. Some features require an account, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos and other content you submit, subject to the limited rights required for us to operate, maintain, secure, and provide the Service, including generating portraits you request.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not upload content you do not have permission to use
Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes
Do not attempt to probe, reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass security measures
Do not abuse the Service with unauthorized automated access

5. AI-Generated Results

Generated portraits may vary in quality and may not always match expectations exactly. You are responsible for reviewing any output before using or sharing it.

6. Purchases and Subscriptions

Paid features may include credits, subscriptions, or other in-app purchases. Purchases made through iOS are billed by Apple and subject to Apple’s terms and billing rules.

7. Storage and Deletion

Uploaded photos, generated portraits, and account history may be deleted in accordance with our operational practices and Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of any generated portraits you want to retain.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or any specific commercial or aesthetic outcome.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, unless prohibited by applicable law.
