How Selfee collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects information.
Level Ten Media LLC ("Level Ten," "Selfee," "we," "our," or "us") operates the Selfee mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, how long we keep it, and the choices available to you.
To generate AI portraits, Selfee sends the photo you choose, which may contain your face and other personal data, together with your selected portrait options, to Replicate, our third-party AI processing provider. Selfee also stores account information, generation history, and generated portraits with Supabase so the App can provide account access and portrait history. Submitted photos, portrait options, and generated portraits are generally deleted after 30 days, subject to the limited exceptions described below.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Selfee mobile application, our support interactions, and related services directly operated by Level Ten Media LLC.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account and Contact Information
- Email address
- Name, if you choose to provide it
- Account identifiers and authentication records
- Support messages you send us
2.2 Photos, Portrait Inputs, and Generated Images
- Photos you capture in the App or upload through the App
- Image metadata needed to process those uploads
- Your selected style, background, wardrobe, accessory, hair, makeup, and body-type options
- AI-generated portraits created for your account
2.3 Face Data
Selfee processes photos that may contain your face and facial features. We use face-related image data to validate framing, generate requested portraits, and store results in your account history.
2.4 Device, Diagnostics, and Usage Data
- Device type, app version, and operating system
- Crash logs, diagnostics, and error events
- Usage and analytics events related to app performance and feature usage
- IP address or approximate network-derived location used for security, diagnostics, and service delivery
2.5 Purchases and Subscription Data
If you make purchases or subscribe through the App, we receive subscription and transaction status information needed to manage entitlements and purchases. We do not receive your full payment card number from Apple.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide portrait generation and account functionality
- Process uploads and generation settings
- Maintain your account, credits, and subscriptions
- Operate, secure, debug, and improve the App
- Communicate with you about support and service notices
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Third-Party Services
Selfee currently relies on third-party providers including Replicate for AI portrait generation, Supabase for backend infrastructure and storage, RevenueCat for subscription management, PostHog for product analytics, and Apple for App Store purchases and platform services.
5. Data Retention
Uploaded photos, selected portrait options, and generated portraits are generally retained for up to 30 days unless deleted earlier or retained longer for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
6. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To request help, contact support@selfee.app.
